Wrim's stuff

Diorama in progress. 2 goats watch as a German soldier bags a pig.

I finally painted my first figure, so I guess I’m a nerd now.

the terrain needs some more work.

And I have to work on being socially awkward and get my virginity back.

The story of Wrim, collectible figure.

Hello. I’m Wrim.

I come equipped with this steelthing.

And if you look to the right…

You’ll see one of the two yellow barrels that are included.

I can also take this suit off…

Holy shit barrel aah!

Everything amazing, the color of the raincoat and the rain-hat. I’d really like to see this work in real life.

This amazing Diorama or Vignette (I’ve been reading and learning, but I don’t know the difference yet) is made by Ulf Blomgren and it’s called Schiffsratten, which means ‘ship rats’ if I’ve translated it correctly. He earned an honorable mention in IPMS Open 2010. And 349 points which I guess is pretty awesome.

This is something I would like to learn how to do. Luckily, the Swedish Magazine Allt Om Hobby has a nice walk-through made by Toni Canfora.

I wonder what model Ulf Blomgren used for the seaman, and if it’s a custom job?
Could it be a modification of the Revell German navy figures 1:72?

If you’re not from Sweden and would still like to look at the works by talented Scandinavian creators, I recommend Nordic Edge 3. http://www.perthmilitarymodelling.com/newkitnews/nordicedge.html
